I have read the BOT website on its role & functions.
https://trustees.miami.edu/about-the-board/committees/index.html
In addition to a board-appointed Executive Committee, there are five standing committees who fulfill the diverse functions in the governance of the University - Academic Affairs, Audit and Compliance, Finance, Investments and Student Affairs.
I can find nothing that refers to Senior Staff Appointments, which the AD & HC obviously are, being a function or role of the BOT and it’s committees, although I can fully see why the Finance Committee would probably have a role where salary packages, buyouts etc are involved.
I have the following questions:

I have the following questions:
- Who is Turnkey ZRG delivering their report & recommendations to and have they been delivered?
- Doesn’t the President, Frenk, sack Senior Staff (he sacked Blake!) and make Senior Appointments?
- Does the BOT appointed Executive Committee have a role?
- What is the actual role of the Presidents Football Task Force in the appointment process?
- Has the BOT assumed a role and responsibility they do not have?
