Actions speak more than than words from third parities. His executive order he signed on May 25, 2022 "Advancing Effective, Accountable Policing" accomplishes the goals of defunding the police by putting so many limitations on the police forces. He had to by by-pass congress to get it through using executive order. He can say anything you wants as in his cognitive state he does not think he is lying but then he proceeds to follow any policies his liberal party is pushing. It the same as when they say the did not limit gas exploration.
Don't even think of defending them on that lie.
Discretionary resources is not more police officers. It's for behavioral training and enforcement on police officers. Again a scam just like the Inflation Reduction Act that will actually increases inflation. Crime and inflation keep going up and up and up. Proof is in the numbers.

During his State of the Union address he stated, "We should all agree the answer is not to defund the police. It's to fund the police". He has done this before. His 1994 crime bill was the largest in history and provided for 100,000 new police officers. As you stated,"Actions speak more than words". BTW. Inflation rates are at record levels across the globe not just the U.S. Obviously, this is due to a demand/supply mismatch caused by a global pandemic and not one leaders policies.

I was referring to FBI rules that do not allow employees to engage in or support political agenda or policy. Both McCabe and Strzok were terminated.
