Consider the basic requirements for a Disney style theme park: lots of land and nice year round weather. So where can Disney move?

Georgia- well maybe not, that state was already was deemed not woke enough by MLB
Texas - the Rio Grande area, lots of cheap labor, well maybe not, Governor Abbott, Ted Cruz leading the Main Street parade and Kamala Harris would never go there. Plus too many guns.
Running out of warm weather, but you know with global warming and all, maybe the weather in the northern states will get better. OK two choices,
New York City - plenty of rats, lot of business is moving out and there is a subway to move people around. What could wrong?
But the winner is Detroit. Whacko Governor A LOT of available downtown land. We have seen that years of democrat rule make inner city land much more available and cheap.
