Reportedly Quarterback Tyler Van Dyke was seen with his leg heavily bandaged before practice.
In Monday's press conference, coaches Head Coach Mario Cristobal and Offensive Coordinator Shannon Dawson both communicated that the injury was not serious.

"He's fine," Dawson said. "This game is a physical game. Everybody's sore after a game. He's fine he's good to go...He's ready to practice today, which I'm fired up about."
Miami Herald reporter Susan Miller Degnan openly asked about Tyler Van Dyke, but Cristobal dismissed the question.
More on her report here.
“I don’t talk about injuries,” Cristobal said. “I just told one of our guys that he’s ready to go. So, you have to write what you have to write and the next question.”
Van Dyke also reaggravated his hand injury in the North Carolina game. The Miami quarterback tore three ligaments in his hand before the 2023 season started.
Miami is ranked 10th nationally in passing efficiency.
