7. North Carolina / Pennsylvania - 9
9. Maryland - 8
10. Illinois / Louisiana / Michigan / Mississippi / New Jersey - 6
15. Kansas - 5
16. Iowa / Missouri / South Carolina / Tennessee / Washington - 4
21. Arizona / Virginia - 3
23. Hawaii / Kentucky / Wisconsin - 2

Each of the following had 1 draftee: Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, D.C., Indiana, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Utah.

Note: Interesting that Georgia had the second most..
