This is not a 2016 issue
3rd on Offense and Defense had been killing this team for YEARS.
Richt and Diaz need to spend between now and August 2017 fixing 3rd down.
It is death by 1000 cuts.
It should not be that hard but this team is still where it is because nobody - Shannon, Golden and now Richt have not solved 3rd down.
J12, drive killa and Kayaa are 3 in the same till someone figures out how to fix this.
This is not post game anger, this is real talk about real problems.
