Why should a state or federal government be able to mandate anything, especially when it ignores science? Read the study by Ireland that actually used science to determine masks are detrimental to children, and don’t stop viruses.
Desantis is leaving it up to parents as all education and health matters should be. He’s not prohibiting masks, just putting the decision in parents hands.
