You have to be clear if you are talking to me about the healthcare system before Obamacare or after. There are a lot of misunderstandings about Obamacare....and there are a lot of falsehoods about what it is meant to be. Much of that is the fault of the Obama administration. However, the falsehoods still exist. I know this healthcare act backwards and forwards so allow me to clarify a couple of important things you don't seem to aware of.

First of all prior to Obamacare people were denied healthcare insurance due to pre existing conditions. That was my example to you. You see there is a tremendous difference between being denied and being offered. So, if you tell me cost is too high I will tell you yes but at least they have a cost. At least they have an option to sell a house, car, or borrow to live. My example to you was to illustrate you are not a deadbeat because you got sick and denied healthcare.

Second of all...and maybe this should have been first. Obamacare isn't free healthcare and was never meant to be. The need for obamacare came about because healthcare cost were rising completely out of control. Obamacare wasn't ever meant to stop the rise of healthcare cost completely short term. It was meant to significantly slow the cost down. If you think you see high cost now? Do some research and find out what they would be without Obamacare and get back to me.

Now regarding illegal immigrants I have no problem with cracking down on illegal immigrants. Just like I have no problem with the POTUS writing an executive order to this. I already told you this several times. The devil is in the details. It is how you go about doing things.....not the things that you do. Legal immigrant are caught in the net and that is unacceptable. Not just any legal immigrants. The ones that earned green cards because of their service to America. I am not going to ignore this.

A lot of presidents do executive orders to protect this country. This president can do it too and actually get it through if he knew what he was doing. My beef has been he doesn't have any idea of what he is doing one. Secondly, he surrounds himself with others who don't. You can't just have no specific basis and expect a judge to grant you the authority to remove the first amendment of this country. That is asinine and to think otherwise is just as asinine. He just isn't smart and being republican but not Hillary and/or Obama doesn't change this fact dude.

What he should do is go back again for a third time and write this order again and provide a compelling argument as to why we need to ban people coming to this country of immigrants. That's how you do it. Obama did it. Carter did it. Bush did it. All of them do it but they are people who take advice and figure out how to do it.

Your personal attacks on me say more about you than anything you are saying about me dr phil. There have not been attacks from anyone entering from those countries in forty years. If the president wants to base his order on attacks on other countries then do that. See where it takes him through the judiciary...but the order as it is written does not have the legal standing regardless of who the judge is or who appointed him.
