Apparently a lot of you don’t know (including cane sport staff). He hires and manages the coaches and fundraises. That’s it. He does not coach. He does not recruit. He could literally be replaced with a Lawyer who knows nothing about football. If you already have a coaching staff in place that you know you won’t replace for the next few years, like Diaz, he could be replaced by Dr Phill and you wouldn’t know the difference.
