I contact Mario rep and we offer him a 10 year deal at 5 million per year. We also guarantee him anything he needs financially in regard to facilities, coaches, budgets, etc. This shows him a long term commitment and security for him and his family back in his hometown. He gets the chance to bring his alma mater back to glory, while under the security of a 10 year deal. Incentives can boost the yearly salary as needed. I think this would get it done… Let’s rol! 😎
