Damn, that’s impressive. Not going to lie. I’m thirty eight years old, married with kids, was a decent wrestler and played multiple sports. I couldn’t do an iron man today. People are people. You really can’t underestimate anyone. Good for him. That’s awesome in so many ways. I need to get my shit together. Not saying I’ll be running an iron man any time soon but if he can do that I at least need to shake the rust off and set an example for my kids and get my four year old in track and run with him. God bless these angels. They’re a true inspiration.
