We have a clear separation between States rights and those of the Federal Gov't. The Feds don't just show up into states unless requested unless it is to protect Federal property or to enforce Federal Laws. Gov. recently made a deal with the federal govt to remove federal agents from downtown Portland and let OSP takeover. According to Governor and Ted Wheeler the federal agents were the problem not the protesters. Looks like things are peaceful now.
