Basically “junk mail” is keeping the USPS afloat . That’s if you think losing almost 9 billion $$$ last year is good business. 13 years in a row USPS in the red .
In 2019 losses doubled what they were in 2018 - no wonder there’s a new PostMaster General

All they have to do is take away that pension prepayment penalty, which no other corporation was forced to do, and they will turn a profit. That was done for one purpose only, to force privation.
