Loudoun County Forces Parents To Sign NDA-Style Form To View CRT-Inspired Curriculum
Loudoun County Public Schools is requiring parents to sign a form comparable to a non-disclosure agreement to view a portion of the district’s new curriculum.

In order to see the curriculum parents MUST sign an agreement akin to an NDA agreement county officials said. Using copyright laws as their excuse parents will be given "presentations" of the curriculum at which time no videography, photography, or recording devices may be used.
