For me......Besides the obvious win games, he'd have to turn over the defense to a legit DC, get rid of the TO Chain and rings, become a no nonsense hard nose disciplinarian, take on a CEO role and allow his Coordinators to handle the X's and O's, and become an ace recruiter and closer. If he can accomplish this, I'm back on his team. Otherwise, if he's retained, UM has gotten the last dime I'll spend on this program.
