rutgers will be a perfect next stop for Al after he is fired this season. I just saw a video that is almost half as embarassing as our broke back mountain pictures. Espn has a video on their front page that Rutgers apparently released of a post practice dance off where the team could win ice cream. I shit you not. I think Al may already be creating his culture up there.
