3. Why is he carrying a gun at 2AM?

4. Why is he resisting (by running)?

You can have all the trials you want. Burn down all the bldgs you want. Until the brown and black community embrace the nuclear family model and also stop resisting cops in the field, this will continue to happen at the pace of like once or twice a month.
