Biden's policies are not the cause of rising murder rates. The pandemic disrupted lives abruptly and to an unprecedented extent as the economic consequences greatly increased strain on families. People lost jobs, there was a rise in substance abuse and a steady rise in incidents of domestic violence over the last 18 months. Doubling the price of food and transportation and causing inflation is another bogus claim. Following the shutdown, demand was greater than supply which results in inflation. This would have occurred no matter who was in Office. Also, I think it is appropriate to force Americans to get vaccinated. Over 60 yrs. ago I was forced to produce a vaccination card before being admitted to classrooms. Why should it be any different now with new diseases and a pandemic raging? A Society has the right and obligation to protect itself that should override individual choices when it comes to the health of all.
How long was it after you received those vaccinations 60 years ago that you needed a booster for the same vaccine shot?
Too long ago to remember but I don't recall needing any booster shots. I got the Moderna vaccine for Covid-19 and have been advised to get a third shot after 8-9 months.

You're overlooking the fact that the virus vaccine was developed in record-setting time. Considering that, it's been very effective.
Mike, whether it took 6 months or 6 years, it doesn't work. Vaccinated people are getting the virus and spreading the virus. Fact. To roll out a booster within a year of administering the first shot(s) follows the flu shot road map. It's not effective in stopping the virus because new strains of the original virus will be an annual event. It's all a money grab and an unprecedented "shot" at control.
We all realize that vaccines aren't 100 % effective but data shows that the number of cases and deaths among the vaccinated is very small compared to the number among the unvaccinated. The data also shows that 98% to 99% of those dying are unvaccinated. I don't see how you can claim that the vaccine doesn't work. The data says otherwise.
Then how do you account for more deaths this year, the vaccine year and a President who said he'd get it under control, than last year? But let's keep mandating placebos that don't work. Pfizer execs must be pinching themselves over the profits for the snake oil they're selling.
The much more contagious delta variant upped the number of cases making totals much higher. Also, unlike 2020, this year did not see widespread lockdowns.

trump falsely took credit for passing the VA Choice Act several times during his term in Office. The Choice Act was passed under Obama. Trump passed an update and expansion of that bill known as the Mission Act in 2018.
