BUT the main reason why he needs to be replaced is because we have over $25 million invested in Manny & his staff and we need to give him all the tools to be successful.
And order to do that we need an AD that knows big time football in the modern era and how to best support a coach. We need that AD with the deep connections who can help Manny find these elite staff members he needs in order to be successful here and help groom I'm for success.
Look Maybe Manny with the right AD can be successful here. And if he's NOT, well at least we have the right AD who can lead the next coaching search.
