im beginning to think the only solution is to blow up the whole thing from the AD on down... I wanted to believe in building what was already there but lost faith when they hired Manny over much more qualified guys then his choices for coordinators ( good coordinators don’t want to work for guys they may be as good a head coach candidate as the guy hiring them) would have been better off keeping richt and forcing him to hire a top OC.... the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting a diffrent result how is this diffrent than Shannon golden or richt.... it isn’t
We either have to ride this out with Manny and it’s a good 5 year cycle to do that OR fire the AD let the new guy choose his own head coach a guy with experience and ties to Miami ... he must hire top coordinators and top recruiters as position coaches they should recruit Cali and Texas to Florida south with Canada to Florida east coast... they must bring back fast physical football we are currently neither
