To me this is a critical business principle but it also applies to football.
We have 1 legitimate coach on staff, but he’s too high up the chain. Enos is an excellent QB coach. He’s not an OC. Why do you think his job under Saban was QB coach only?

Would elite coaches think joining this staff would be a good idea? Do you think elite chefs are going to work at a 5 star restaurant or Chili’s?
