I'm still laughing when you stated Oklahoma would beat the Heat a couple years ago..............Heat will 3 peat!Originally posted by honeyiv:
ZERO chance the Heat 3peats! Indiana and San Antonio are too strong. It was a nice run while it lasted.

That's OK, he won't have to play back to back days in the playoffs. The key is Oden. If Oden can somehow play decent minutes this year then the Heat wins handily...think about how they've beaten the Pacers the past few years w/out even a HINT of an inside presence. With Hibbert and West not only dominating scoring in the paint but Indy owning the boards.Originally posted by CANE27IN:
Pacers are taking the title this year...too much depth and are still getting healthier... Wade can't play back to back games against physical teams...his knee just won't allow it

If I wasn't a Heat fan I'd love the Pacers. West is an animal and I was hoping he wouldn't resign w/ Indy this offseason. Then they sign Scola, another effective post player?? WTF!
I wouldn't play Oden all year until the Eastern finals vs Indiana. Oden is here for one reason. To be kryptonite for Roy Hibbert.Originally posted by tde:

Oden is a crapshoot. According to Oden he is ready to play but the Heat have been silent as to why he is not getting minutes.
I know, I don't get it. Seemed we were similarly quite about Curry's issues and status last year, though he did receive at least some minutes. With Oden getting some preseason action it doesn't make sense...I hope he doesn't turn into this year's Curry who ends up never being heard from during the 2nd half of the season.Originally posted by tde:
