and went on to be a big success? There has to be several but I can't think of any off the top of my head. Mark R maybe but that's all I can come up with. Obviously we're all hopeful of success sooner rather than later but how plausible is it for any head coach to dig them selves out of a hole as deep as the one Golden is in?
