This is an example of what I am talking about by quantifiable, realistic upgrade. I liked our defense last year as the year went on improved. Our offense just never gave it a chance in most games. We have some solid young pieces in the secondary and on the front line.
Charlie Strong would be an upgrade over Blake Baker no doubt in my mind. I would make a run at him. It isn't personal. It brings us to another level imo.
