Biden team met with Chinese officials yesterday in Alaska and China completely disrespected Biden team. Each side agreed to opening remarks of 2 minutes China took 15. Basically told Biden team mind your business. Told Biden team don't tell us about human rights look how you treat Black people. Taking their cue from our scumbag media and liberals who bash our country for the world to see, Russia President Putin asked to debate Biden. He knows a debate with a senile old man would be a 1st round knock out. Watch the weakness in Biden Administration when they remove the tariffs while China concedes nothing. This is who they put in the White House.

Great to see some proper leadership back in the White House. Putin knows his free ride is over now that Trump is no longer around to look the other way at his indiscretions - and the Chinese government knows it is dealing with someone who will actually use US power to thwart their expansionism instead of using amateur hour trade war tactics as the corrupt NY real estate developer did.

Where do you get this from the dialogue that's been published? Even North Korea told the Biden administration to stay in your own space for four years...no respect at all. I don't see this as a bad thing as long as the Biden administration keeps the tariffs in place till 2024 when a qualified Republican administration can negotiate solid and long lasting deals. Trump 2024?

Stop watching Fox News. Any objective observer will tell you it was tough exchange between both countries. Blinken has publicly called out the Chinese on their behavior and they didn't like it. Likewise POTUS called out Putin as a killer without a soul on national TV. Authoritarians who rule their own internal media with an iron fist, hate it when they are publicly humiliated like this.

The North Koreans make all kinds of claims but don't have any leverage to back it up - unless of course the US President seeks to help their global credibility problem by agreeing to meet with the regime (twice) including having the US President salute their generals in public. We're guaranteed to not this sort of appeasement under this administration.

Chinese demanded the cameras. Chinese took 15 minutes for opening remarks when all agreed to 2. Chinese totally disrespected Biden officials for the world to see. Then to top it off they told America that we should butt out of their affairs because we don't treat Black Americans right. That is right from the LIBERAL talking points used against us. Raoul I have been to China. I dare you to go there and scream bad things about their Government for all to hear. They will beat your azz and we won't see you for a year as you rot in a prison cell eating rice and flies you FOOL.

I remember when Obama was bowing to Saudi Princes on his visits. I didn't like it either ,however he was trying to show them respect. Frankly, a US President should not bow to anyone and a US President should not salute a sworn enemy.

He wasn't exactly the strongest on foreign policy either, since it was under his watch that Putin invaded Ukraine, stole their land, and launched election interference campaigns in a couple of dozen countries, including ours. Not exactly the best record on foreign policy.

I know this may disappoint you HJ, but kissing the assess of totalitarian dictators isn't a sustainable foreign policy.

I believe that foreign enemies viewed Trump as a wild card, less predictable and as such commanded more of their respect. Some of it worked, especially in the Middle East.

I think it is just refreshing. Nobody respects a loser and Trump is a loser. He was petty and didn't really do anything but Bragg on twitter like a 14 year old child. There is a reason they try to help Trump win.

Ex KGB Colonels like Putin know how to identify and manipulate an opponent's weaknesses to their own advantage. It was fairly well known that Trump was a narcissist with a weakness towards compliments, attention seeking and self-aggrandizement, and so all Putin had to do is complement him and just like that, he neutralized US scrutiny on Russian actions for four years. That game is now over.

I don't need your partisan, cherry picked links as I actually work in the field. None of Trump's actions hit the Russians were it actually hurts - which is Putin, his wealth, the wealth of the oligarchs who undergird his power structure, Putin's credibility with his public, or removing Russia from the SWIFT banking system. That's the holy grail of Russia sanctions.

There are flimsy sanctions for political effect (such as what Trump did) and there are sanctions and actions that would actually strike at the heart of the Russian regime, such as the categories I listed above. Trump was unable to take decisive action on Putin for the same reason he was so stubborn on masks - because he feared he would "lose" the battle with the media who had been calling out his inaction. Putin therefore got exactly what he wanted when he ordered his GRU to interference in the 2016 US elections to ensure Trump would win. He did his homework in exploiting Trump's weaknesses and was rewarded handsomely with four years of weak Russia policy the US and a general abandonment of the US spreading Democracy globally, which was Putin's biggest fear.

The Hill disassociated themselves with the Op-Ed you posted. They are basically just using it as a content filler. Anyone that tracks Russia knows what actually hurts Putin and what is window dressing for domestic political purposes of appearing "tough on Russia".

Words are just words. You weak minded bucked toothed donkeys get caught up in the emotions from them instead of actions

They called him a useful idiot. They are half right. He is not useful.

Please cite the kiss. China? Tough as nails on them. Russia? Sanctions. Ukraine? Supplied them with weapons not spam and blankets. Iran? Took out their top General in charge of terrorism. Middle East? Numerous peace deals.

Dude KO 1st round fool.

Dis-associated themselves from their own editorial? Why did the libs threaten to cancel them?

Now do North Korea.

Now do North Korea.
North Korea? Shooting rockets like a MADMAN in the area of our ally Japan NON STOP during Obama. So Trump thought why not take a different approach and TRY to talk with him. While we did not get the results we had hoped for the rockets have largely stopped. I expect them to start again while Biden is in office. Gotta applaud the effort.

So basically Trump's made for TV publicity stunt of meeting Kim and saluting their Generals didn't make North Korea change its long term behavior. Good to know.

They have nuclear leverage. They border an important ally of the US in South Korea. Their Nuclear saber rattling gets our attention.

No they do not. It's a non factor by comparison. Parking around with them is no solution.

Does Putin sound like he is intimidated? USA is a far superior but Russia and China have a lot of Nukes. Is Joe going to challenge Putin to a schoolyard fistfight?

Stop! It doesn't really matter what Joe does. Trump would have been better huh? GTFOOH! Trump is Putin's bitch. Never did Trump check Putin publicly. Because he is compromised. He knows where all the bodies are buried. So he will even go on the world stage and side with Putin over our own. Saying he believes Putin even though Putin is a lying POS. No real American president would even think of rolling like that. America first!

Of course they do. If they didn't have nuclear weapons and that militaristic attitude we could care less about that regime.
