IMO Black Lives Matter is more so a statement rather than a movement, which I support whole heartedly and stand behind. And any organization that genuinely promotes fair and equal treatment of minorities has my full support and always will. Here's a fact you will have to deal with, Trump is about to be referred to DOJ by the January 6th House Committee for criminal prosecution. According to Liz Chaney, the Committee has ample evidence to convict that lying POS for leading a failed insurrection. Is this the person you want to lead our great country?

As I understand this matter, DOJ can still prosecute Trump even without a referral. For me, it would look better if the Committee as you stated did its job. Unlike previous right wing committees like Benghazi, which ended up wasting tax payor $$ and no criminal referral. Why? Because Hillary did nothing wrong.
