The Governor prohibited cruise lines that use Florida ports from requiring vaccines of all passengers. Norwegian Cruises sued to overturn that prohibition and won preliminary relief today. DeSantis will appeal.

This issue has been previously debated in the Lounge. IMO, DeSantis way overstepped his limited authority over interstate commerce. Further, he is restricting the free market….businesses can demand a vaccination or not. The passengers can get a vaccination or not. None of the governor’s business. Let the free market roll!

Of course you already know I disagree. The only thing that’s being restricted is the right of the American citizen. I guess no one cares about HIPPA laws anymore. Honestly I’m not all that crazy about HIPPA laws.

Did I miss something?. Was HIPAA revoked? Have done a lot of business with insurance companies who live in terror of HIPAA vilations. Please explain why a company that would ensure your life, health, car, house, business is highly restricted but Biden wants some cruise line or burger joint can have access to everyone's medical records?

Yesterday, I got a text from a fitness facility where I workout announcing that all members must submit proof of vaccination or a weekly negative Covid test in order to enter the facility….masks on.

I texted back my proof of vaccination and will be wearing my mask today.

Just examining the risk and reward factor, there’s no way kids should get it.

Who knows what effects this may have on pregnant women in the future. We don’t, because we haven’t had time to do adequate studies, yet we force them to take it.

My wife needEd to wait over three months to get it, because there was a health risk from extremely low iron. The Dr, performed many tests, and after multiple iron transfusions she was cleared to get it.

I‘m for vaccines. In my case I’d do it again. It’s not a one size fits all. I really don’t like the lack of candor when it comes to the vaccine, it’s basically shut up and comply. Forced vaccination should scare you, and make no mistake the government is using private businesses to accomplish that.
