?: Did the refs miss a penalty against us on the game-winning TD pass?

Watch our OL at the beginning of this play...

...No. 53, RG Jakai Clark advances downfield about 3 yards past the line of scrimmage and chases a Pitt defender (No. 34 or 36) toward our sideline. Does that warrant a flag for being downfield or are OL allowed a cushion of say, 3 yards?

Does anyone know the rule? Thanks.
