*Disclaimer* Manny deserves a ton of blame... but not all of it. See below:

As Gary had stated numerous times over the last few years... Don't Blame Manny.

It's not his fault he was offered his dream job... a job he was grossly unqualified for. He tried his best... and given his lack of experience as a Head Coach as well as lack of experience being a coordinator on a championship team, I find it difficult to place all the blame at his feet.

He needed to go the route that Mario did. Start off at a small school and learn the ropes. He was all set to start his HC career at Temple, where he would have probably built a respectable name for himself by getting Temple to a competitive level. Then he could have jumped up to a bigger mid-major program like Houston or Cincinnati or Utah and continued to learn, build, grow and evolve.

Then... 7-10 years down the line he would have been ready for a huge opportunity like Miami.

It's not his fault he is unqualified. Not a man on this website wouldnt take an exciting and high paying job if ti was offered to us, despite the fact we may have NO CLUE what we're doing. ALL of us would have made the same decision... so I don't want to hear the "...ohhhhh, he should have never accepted the job to begin with..." crap. Spare me that nonsense. Because all of us would have taken the job if it were offered to us as well.

IT IS BLAKE JAMES FAULT FOR PUTTING AN UNQUALIFIED PERSON IN SUCH A POSITION.

The Noise Doth Cometh... and rightfully so.

The program has gotten worse over the past 3 seasons. Players have gotten worse over the past 3 seasons. Coaching has gotten worse over the past 3 seasons. It does not appear that it can be fixed by the current regime. They are in over their heads.

Fire up the planes. Call in the radio shows. Twit out the tweets. Flood the social media platforms. Make the signs for College Gameday.

But PLEASE... make sure that our angst and attention is focused on the person who truly put us in this position... BLAKE JAMES.

It's not Manny's fault. He deserves to be shown the door... but he needs to have Blake James holding his hand on the way out because Blake is the bigger problem and deserves more of the blame for putting a first-time man in a position to fail so miserably.

#FIREBLAKEJAMES is more impactful than #FIREMANNYDIAZ.

It will let everyone know (media, recruits and players) that we as fans know what the problem is. We're too smart to think that Manny is the only problem.

We won't get fooled again.
