Huge back to back win's and great to win convincingly against our dumpster fire rivals (let's hope no good coaches are interested in that job).

Manny needs this team to win out. It is capable of doing that, but has been inconsistent. This may not impact recruiting immediately for the 2020 class but gives Manny a legitimate recruiting pitch that things are trending UP. That is very valuable in the spring and summer months of recruiting, we may not get guys committed, but should be enough to be considered through the 2020 season comes around.

In 2020, this team should be much improved across the board except for Linebacker (maybe better, maybe worse, but inexperienced for sure), and maybe WR (with Osborne gone, and maybe JT). A grad transfer kicker would be great, but Hedley will be back. Oline and QB seem to be improving and all that youth gets a year to develop.

The coastal will have an improved UNC, better but still bad GT, who knows at VT, solid PITT, UVA without perkins and hall, and improved Duke but a question mark at QB. The out of conference has MIch. St. which is trending down, and temple which is winnable but solid non power 5 opponent. Crossover is WF, which loses a lot of experience, and FSU...That is a very manageable schedule, much like this year, perhaps easier with Mich. St. instead of Florida.

With an improved team, and manageable schedule, the expectations are going to be 10-2 or better and a competitive game against Clemson at a minimum.

You do that and you are able to bring in recruits (or should be able to) in the 2021 class. This is the key, the winning MUST translate to a very strong class, and there is plenty of south florida, and in-state talent we should be in on, plus some national guys as usual.

Staff changes to bring in some recruiters will be equally important. Enos isn't going anywhere unless he wants to go.

If the team falls short, in any regard, it is going to be near impossible to win enough recruiting battles to improve the talent on the roster long term..and Manny's days will be numbered. I hope he capitalizes on this opportunity, and makes the tweaks to the staff necessary to recruit the big guns.

Close out the season strong and have to win next year to show recruits progress, and translate that success to recruiting. It all starts with Louisville on Saturday, keep the momentum going and Manny has a chance to be successful.
