I say yes for sure. It was work in progress and I do believe he wasn't ever going to be able to fully put all the pieces in place but to my mind he has left in better.
1) TVD and Garcia
2) the 20 & 21 incoming classes
On the downside especillay on O-line and Defense as a whole, the new staff is going to have to break many bad habits first before they can move the players forward.
Not a bad dude just in above his head. I admired that each season he fired and hired to improve the area needing improvement but his desire to be the DC hurt him and MOST of all he didn't have enough clout in the industry to get top shelf assistants.
