Greetings all U crazy baseball Caniacs!
We've all made it to Friday and U know what that means: Miami Hurricanes baseball!
Tonight your 29-5 (correct?) Canes take on the 17-17-1 Virginia Tech Hokies at The Light. To date in the ACC:
VT swept UVA a month ago
Lost 2-3 to Clemson (3rd game decided by 1 one)
Lost 2-3 @ FSU (got stomped in one game when Noles scored 19 but the 3rd game was decided by 1 run)
Lost 2-3 to GT
This week VT lost @ home 15-7 to Radford
So what does the above mean? It means we ought to TCB this weekend but who knows until the final out is made Sunday afternoon. Our guys are playing pretty good, consistent (minus LOB issues) baseball so this is a series we should sweep IF we play up to our potential and not down to the competition. Agree?
While I will be around...I'm open to anyone else who wants to cover tonight's game. If no one steps into the breach, I will step up to the plate! Lemme know.
