Don’t know the financial details of FSU program, but it’s obviously a big hire for them coming off the Taggart debacle.
If I was an FSU booster below would be my top two candidates.
James Franklin - this guy would be my numero uno. He would bring in a solid staff and the turnaround he performed at Penn State was beyond impressive considering the stigma surrounding the university. Strong recruiter!
Mark Stoops - could be the equivalent of a Mullen hire. He has had marginal success at Kentucky, but has developed and brought in good coaching that have gone on to bigger and better. Knows the landscape of FSU and decently recruits the state of Florida, especially if he brings in Graham.
