I know u are fascinated with what Dabo is doing at Clemson and wholeheartedly have come under this belief Mario can duplicate that same success at miami.
Keep this in mind though
1. Mario had to replace his first DC
2. Before Dabo found and hired Chad Morris & Brent Venerables he had Billy Napier & Kevin Steele.
3. You yourself said that a massive rebuild is needed and it can not be done by one person. Mario, while being under saban, is not ready for this job. Let him go to UCF, South Florida or Rutgers and get more seasoning. We need a coach who has shown a pattern of success at MULTIPLE locations. Not just a fiery recruiter. Those guys can be added to the staff like FSU did when they hired Brewster who, with NO south Florida ties, has not struggled recruiting fla and south fla players
