Gary/matt, do you think that the nil craziness could effect conference realignment?

Now that it’s an equal playing field there’s going to be a lot of shake up in college footballs elite. It’s no longer just the sec that’s aloud to pay their players. That being said, you’re going to see a lot more parity and not just the same teams vying for the playoffs picture anymore.

this is really going to hurt the aurburns, lsu’s etc and even clemsons of the landscape that the sec is trying to lure in their attempt at a monopoly.

now all the sudden you have ohio state, michigan, ucla and usc west, miami, notre dame, etc going we can do this too just as much if not better. We can beat the sec at their own game. Not saying some of these blue bloods weren’t cheating all along but usc got hit with probation. Ohio state got hit with probation. Miami got hit with probation. Lsu and auburn were doing the same thing and more all the while untouched.

we’re talking about market worth and that’s about to change from program to program in a major way. The arkansas and south carolinas are about to be an after thought.
