Fact is Gary recruiting is on the head coach and recruiting will never get better unless the program starts winning consistently and most importantly the coaching staff shows that players improve under them with a chance to play on Sundays. Diaz is a huge failure there is no doubt about that. So the question facing the BOT and Frenk is do you want to make this program relevant again? That is the only thing that matters now.
