Example :having 7 4 star WRs on your
roster is not the same as having 7 4 star
highly productive OL/DL
totaling up stars often misses the point
Not speaking for Gary, but it seems his
over arching thought process is that
it is borderline reckless to hire a head
coach in this day and age that is NOT
A PROVEN RECRUITER
recruiting is the lifeblood of any program
and don't have a single coach that has
a track record of being able to fortify
our roster
