Duke - Gonzo...
Phillip - Gonzo...
Clive - Gonzo...
^^^ This list comprises of our #1 rusher from 2014, and TOP-3 RECEIVERS from 2014 (Duke was #3 on the team with 39 receptions and 422 yards).
So....... I'm curious as to who is going to step up in the REDZONE once we get down there, because I do believe that the offense will be a bit more efficient and will be able to move the ball, but I don't see someone standing out right as a bona fide primary red zone target...
Also, how are good are these Running Backs at catching the ball out of the backfield. Yearby had a grand total of like 7-9 catches last year- did any other running backs even register a catch...??? The reason I ask this question is because I think that Coley will need to implement more of the SCREEN GAME to the running backs and flat patterns involving the running backs as "release valves" when pressure comes.
Curious as to whether there is any particular player on this offense right now who we look at and say: "THAT'S the guy to watch out for in the red zone." Should be interesting to see whether Kaaya begins to have a favorite target when we get into scoring position.
Thoughts...???
