When the caller at the end of the show said Luke Fickell was just an interim head coach. He was named interim head coach during Tressel's five game suspension. Tressel resigned and Fickell was appointed to Head Coach and given a two year contract. He went 6-7 that year and Ohio State pulled the plug and went out and got Urban Meyer who went 12-0 that following season.
