yes Frank doesn’t have anything to do with Manny coaching but like Kirk talked about you need unison

you can’t have your AD saying “ hey I’m going to pay $4 million to bring back Manny and your President is like hey do what you will I don’t care”

if the Penn State AD had his choice Al Golden would have been the HC at Penn St. Guess who said hold on. It was the Penn st president who heard from donors and and boosters and ACTED!!!
asked the AD ” well hold on who are our other choices” and that’s how they moved on to Franklin and away from Golden.

there has to be communication and vision to be the best top to bottom.

after they did further research they ALL came to the conclusion that Franklin was the best option for them.

when you have a president who does not care and a AD who is athletics “illiterate” you get hires like Manny

whether they like Blake or not the fact is he was the convenient hire AD because Shalala let Barry Alvarez burn her by listening to him on AD hires and allowing AD’s to basically intern here. Then after the last one left they hired the convenient hire in Blake who NEVER WORKED WITH OR RAN A SUCCESSFUL ATHLETICS DEPARTMENT.

the problem is Blake does not know NOTHING and Manny does not know NOTHING and they won’t let anyone in the door WHO DOES KNOW FOR FEAR OF THEIR JOBS. You have the blind leading the blind REFUSING HELP FROM THOSE WITH SIGHT. They rather just keep running into tables

kirk is absolutely right.

Miami needs to fire Manny. Fire Blake or restructure where there is a AD over football or just re him to just fundraising
