he brought in players who could help the program(portal). He saw the team needed help and took action in the areas he could. He brought in two qbs and I don't believe Richt was going to bring one in. Imagine how that would have gone. I think we need to give Manny time to fix the problems he inherited from the Richt regime. I believe he will, but he also needs the support of the so called fans.
One of the problems is the O-line which can only be fixed through recruiting and that isn't going to happen over night. It doesn't matter if you bring in saban he can't fix that over night. Two more recruiting cycles to fix the O-line. The good thing is we have three freshman playing on it so it gives us some hope for the future there. We're just going to have to lick our wounds in the mean time.
The last game was probably a case of the team just taking Central Michigan for granted. It looked like they were sleep walking out there. Just look at Virginia barely beating Old Dominion.
Manny doesn't seem to be hard headed and will make necessary changes to help the program. Manny will get the ship squared away in may opinion.
