I will change this years team to a 4-3 just for comparison.
2011 2015

2015 is much better than 2011 and much more and better young talent. We actually had 3 outstanding young LBs on the 2011 roster in Johnson , Paul and DP but of course only DP worked out for us. The secondary was very bad.
The 2010 Team was very talented though. That team should have won more games. They needed a QB. Hankerson, Franklin, Henderson, Gordon, Ford, Benjamin, Byrd, Gunn, Harris, Bailey, Forston, Ojomo, Vernon, Spence, McCarthy, McGee, Van Dyke,Armstrong and others should have been a good team.
It seems as though the main problem with the 2010 team was overall team attitude, work ethic and the toxic environment here. That team was littered with NFL quality talent. It disappeared though in 2011 with suspensions, attitude, and 2 extremely poor Defensive recruiting classes in 2009 and 2010. Of course 2011 proved no better.
