Pardon my ignorance but I assume a firm like Miami is hiring for the Athletic Director search essentially sends feelers out nationwide to find those interested. What happens from there? Are they involved in the interview process? Do they make suggestions based on their research? Curious on what is encompassed in their scope of work when hired.
