Didn't take over for anyone. But since you asked my response is the following;

California is a cesspool with the worst policies (liberal) in the nation which has led to the largest gap between the haves and the have nots. It's so bad there that the Governor is facing a recall and people are moving out in droves.

The "little houses" you cite will be shredded and abused and filthy shacks very soon from the drug addicts and alcoholics and the taxpayers will see more hard earned money go down the toilet.

I did not say dispose of any human being so don't put words in my mouth. I don't have to know the answer I'm not in charge. I will say that ENABLING any person to do drugs or be an alcoholic or not work is a bad plan that will never work.

A little story for you. Wife and I went to Seattle a few years ago for a wedding. Seattle has become another liberal wasteland with homeless everywhere. The homeless have mattresses and cell phones and hand held video games and signs that tell you what they will take or won't take. We were in an Uber and I asked the Uber driver about the situation there and her response was " you would be homeless too if you knew the benefits these people get here." I was stunned...................................
