How Was This Offense Not Built Around Phillip Dorsett? It's Insane!

Phillip should've been targeted or gotten the ball no less than 10+ times per game IMO. It's insane!! How stone hands Coley touched the ball more on screens, reverses, and returns is way way beyond me. PD should've been to Miami's offense what Cooper was to Alabama's offense.
