but when comparing our programs, no question Mario was the best option. 21 carries and 255 yards? QB playing (not great but well enough to move the chains), Nasty offensive line. Best recruiting class they’ve ever had. Experienced coach’s across his staff. Are they a finished product? Nope, but you cannot deny his accomplishments.
Richt did a lot and rejuvenated the program, I think Mario should be UM’s 1a and 1b target if Manny does not right the ship.
