For some reason this university and fanbase is expecting an UNQUALIFIED AD to hire a QUALIFIED coaching staff. That isn’t the way this works folks.
Manny is what he is. He can’t help it. No elite coaches respect him enough to coach under him. Hardly any elite SoFla kids families trust this staff to develop their kids. That’s not Manny’s fault. He’s a young guy who jumped at the opportunity. Can you blame him?
With that said, a homerun hire AD whose focus is football is needed here. Then everything works itself out. He fires this staff and brings in a QUALIFIED staff.
