I’m going to say it again. Gary is right when he says the recruiting/roster has not been good enough but for what? Our ultimate goal of national title picture? Absolutely.
That being said, Manny wasn’t just fired because he wasn’t up to par as an elite recruiter but because he coun’t coach even for coastal expectations. We have studs on this team and we now have the resources to develop them.
i think a whole lot of you are going to be shocked at the number of players that come out of no where this year with good coaching. The recruiting clearly was far from elite but that doesn’t mean the cupboard is bare. This team is going to be damn good from day one as in better than any team butch or brown put together at unc. Jmo but pretty confident that these players have a much higher pptential than what we saw under manny. So much of it just being game changing details.
