I simply do not see the point of hiring an AD and giving them no input....

I just don't....based on what I know about business. Which is pretty substantial if I do say so myself....lol.

I think we have to get the AD hired first or we are making a whole new series of mistakes. This is something that is tied to the success of the Athletic Department. How are they not going to involve this person?
