First off assuming he comes it is a tremendous hire and a real coup for Miami.
Second was told it's not official but it is moving in that direction.
But biggest thing, if he is hired Manny is not being retained period, regardless of whether they land Mario or not. Obviously Mario is first choice and Miami is going all in to hire him. But even if he spurns Miami Manny is not fallback option.
There will be a coaching change regardless.
